Management and Automation System for Chemical and Biological Testing Laboratory

Abstract

The project aims to design and implement an integrated information system for the Chemical and Biological testing Center at Palestine Polytechnic University. The center currently faces multiple challenges related to managing samples, processing test results and managing devices. The project aims to face these challenges by developing an automated system to accurately and efficiently register samples, track test results, manage devices and issuing reports.

The system will upgrade client experience by providing a digital interface for easy access to test results and sample tracking, enhancing transparency and convenience. It will also streamline internal operations by reducing human errors and accelerating processes, thereby improving overall resource management efficiency.

The implementation of this system aims to improve service quality, reduce costs, and enhance the center’s long-term competitiveness, aligning with ongoing digital transformation initiatives in the Palestinian health and industrial sectors.

يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تصميم وتنفيذ نظام معلومات متكامل لمركز الفحص الكيميائي والبيولوجي في جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين. يواجه المركز تحديات متعددة في إدارة العينات ونتائج الفحوصات مما يؤثر على الكفاءة وجودة الخدمة المقدمة، لذا يسعى المشروع إلى تحسين هذه العمليات عبر تطوير نظام إلكتروني قادر على تسجيل العينات وتتبع النتائج وإصدار التقارير.

يستهدف النظام تحسين تجربة العميل من خلال توفير واجهة رقمية تتيح لهم الوصول إلى نتائجهم وتتبع عيناتهم بسهولة، مما يعزز من مستوى الشفافية والراحة. كما يساهم في تسريع الأداء الداخلي للمركز من خلال أتمتة الإجراءات وتقليل الأخطاء البشرية، وتحقيق الكفاءة في إدارة الموارد.

من خلال تطوير هذا النظام، يسعى المشروع إلى تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة، تقليل التكاليف، وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للمركز على المدى الطويل، في سياق دعم التوجهات الرقمية والتحول التكنولوجي في القطاع الصحي والصناعي الفلسطيني.
