Abstract

في الماضي القريب كانت في الخليل القديمة األعمال التجارية تختص فيها المدينة دون مناطق القضاء، حيث اعتاد الناس التسوق من سوق البلدة القديمة في أيام الجمع والعطل واألعياد، وانعكس ذلك الماضي على ظهور بعض األسواق ومنها سوق اللبن وسوق اإلسكافية وسوق العتق وسوق الحالل وغيرها من األسواق. ومع وجود ظروف االحتالل والحالة العامة السائدة في فلسطين وانفتاح السوق المحلي على األسواق األخرى داخل المنطقة المحتلة و ارء ما يسمى الخط األخضر، أدى إلى وجود حركة نشطة في سوق العتق باالسم السائد ًة واقعة وانحسر في موقع خارج الرقابة البلدية أو اآلن وهو "سوق الجمعة ""، وبما أن هذا السوق أصبح حقيق الحكومية بسبب سياسة االحتالل وحالة تقسيم المدينة إلى H1 , H2، تركز سوق الجمعة في شارع ال ارزي )الكرنتينا( وما رافق ذلك من مشاكل جمة. وقد كرس سوق الجمعة "سوق العتق" الحالي في مدينة الخليل، والذي يرتاده الناس والباعة من كل أرجاء ا ً ا واقع ً المحافظة، أمر فرض ذاته في شارع ال ارزي، مما أدى إلى مظاهر مسيئة للسالمة العامة والمرورية وظهور على ذلك تم اقت ارح مشروع إعادة تخطيط وتصميم سوق الجمعة "العتق"، بحيث ً العشوائية والتشوه البصري، بناء يوفر هذا المشروع حال للمشاكل الموجودة، وإضفاء المظهر الحضاري للمنطقة. وعليه فإن هذا المشروع سيكون عبارة عن مشروع إقليمي وريادي، حيث سيكون منظما لسوق الجمعة القائم من خالل تصميم وتخطيط سوق جديد يعمل طول أيام األسبوع تحت رقابة وتنظيم البلدية تحت مسمى )سوق كل يوم فكرة(، ويبقى في نفس المنطقة الموجود فيها اآلن ولكن على أرض مخصصة لذلك ويكون المشروع منسجما في موقعه مع سياسة التصدي لمواجهة إجراءات الكيان الصهيوني ومنع توسعه في تلك المنطقة. ا من المقدمة والحاالت الد ارسية، ثم د ارسة المواقع الممكنة واختيار ً وقد احتوى البحث على عدة فصول بدء الموقع األنسب لإلبقاء على حركة تجارية نشطة قريبة من واقع المدينة القديمة، كعمل مقاوم لسياسة التهويد ولمنع تفريغ المنطقة من سكانها، VI وفي النهاية تم اختيار الموقع بالتنسيق مع إدارة بلدية الخليل وعمل الدراسة التحليل للموقع إلى أن توصلنا إلى إعداد برنامج المشروع وما انبثق عنه من فكرة واقعية التطبيق. ونأمل أن يكون طرحنا لهذا المشروع قد ساهم في حل سلبيات سوق الجمعة الحالي وساهم في تطبيق السياسة الوطنية العامة في مواجهة تحديات المحتل لمدينتنا. And with the occupation and the difficult situation in Palestine, and the opening of the local market To other markets inside the green line , the Otq Market became more and more busy . Because this market was out of supervision Due to the split case inside Hebron city and the occupation Policy , and dividing the region into H1 and H2 ,this Market converged in Rasi Street with the accompanied Problems to that event. Now the current Otq market located in Hebron City is reached by people and Sellers from all over the Governorate, becomes a reality that imposed itself in The Rasi Street, but unfortunately that led to a random And optical distortion, and major problems in transportation so this project is suggested to Re-planning and redesigning the Otq or Jum'a market, To solve the problems there and add a beautiful view to That region . So, this will be Regional and pioneer project for Organizing Jum'a market by a new design and planning Of the market , that works all days a week with The supervision of the municipality under the so called “ Every day an idea market “ and VIII it will stay In the same place but also on a special land for it to protect it and prevent expansion Of Jews in the region. The research contains several chapters, starting With an introduction and many case studies , then Studying the possible sites and choosing the best One, to keep a busy and active movement in there As an effective way to resist Judaization policy In the old town . In the end the site has been selected with the Coordination with Hebron Municipality Finally we reached a specific plan for our project And what it carries of a realistic applicable idea. We hope our project contributes in solving all issues In the Jum'a market and applies a general policy To face the occupation challenges against our city
