dc.description.abstractThe primary reason for the popularity of internships is that they offer win-win-win opportunities for main stakeholders; students, academic institutions, and employing entity both during and following the internship. This article presents the results of a research study that took place during the 2018–2019 academic year at the Palestine Polytechnic University. The research’s goal was to investigate the internship main factors associated with the main stakeholders, and their impact on internship Outcomes. Two hundred and forty-four individuals responded to a questionnaire designed for the purpose of the study, cross-sectional data were analyzed by using SPSS, Multiple linear regression analysis was estimated to study the effect of each factor on internship outcomes. The regression analysis showed that training planning, Training implementation, and student’s Commitment has a significant correlation coefficient with training outcomes. in addition, one way analysis of variance was used to indicate that there was a statistically significant difference at p-value < 0.05 level in the internship factors according to the three main stakeholders.en_US
