Abstract

تقوم فكرة المشروع على إنشاء موقع الكتروني لإدارة مشتريات جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين بحيث يشكل حلقة وصل بين كافة أقسام الجامعة بما فيها الموظفين اللذين يقومون بتقديم طلبات الشراء قبل أن يتم إرسالها الى الجهات العليا لدراسة الطلب وترحليه الى دائرة المشتريات للبت في شأنه من حيث القبول أو الرفض بناء على أسباب عدة سيتم توضيحها لاحقا في المشروع , وفي حالة القبول يتم إرسال الطلب لأمين المستودع للتحقق من توافره في المستودع أو انه سيتم شراؤه. وقد تم إنشاء هذا الموقع ليشمل القيام بكافة هذه الاجراءات والخطوات المتسلسلة بشكل الكتروني مما يوفر الوقت والجهد ويضمن الدقة وسلاسة العمل . Abstract: The idea of this graduation project stands for creating a web-site for Palestine Polytechnic University purchases . This web-site connects between all departments of the university including employees who offer the application of purchasing before being sent to higher authorities to be studied and sent to procurement department where applications are accepted or refused according to some conditions . If the application is accepted , it will be send to the storekeeper to make sure it is available in the store or to be bought .This web-site has been created to include achieving all of these procedures electronically to save time and effort and ensure accuracy of work .
