Abstract

The concept of our project revolves around creating a website for public services in the municipality of Turqumia. Turqumia is considered a thriving industrial area, facing challenges in efficiently providing services and information to its residents and businesses. Hence, the role of the website comes into play, facilitating better and faster communication and service delivery. Our project aims to develop this website, allowing citizens to create a personal account accessed using their ID number and a password. Upon logging in, they will have their personalized interface to review their current subscriptions, including invoice dates, payment history, service consumption reports, and more. Users can access the homepage, where a menu of all departments such as Administrative Affairs, Water Services, Financial Affairs, etc., is displayed, along with detailed information about each department. After entering a specific department, users can choose the service they want, directed to a request form containing the necessary service information to be filled out and submitted. Based on the department through which the user requested a specific service, the department's administrator receives the request, gets notified of the new request, examines it, and initiates the processing. The request status can be updated, and notifications can be sent to the user regarding the progress of the process. In cases where services require collaboration between departments, the department administrator can transfer the request to the relevant department through a system interface allowing information sharing and communication between departments. They can monitor the progress of the request until the completion of the process. This is an advanced vision for the future of the Turqumia municipality, aiming to enhance communication between the municipality and the public.
