Abstract

التصميم اإلنشائي هو أهم التصميمات الالزمة للمبنى بعد التصميم المعماري، فتصميم المبنى بكامل تفاصيله اإلنشائية وبأفضل طريقة اقتصادية وأعلى درجات األمان والسالمة يقع على عاتق المهندس اإلنشائي. تبلغ مساحة المشروع 9260 متر مربع المكون من مبنيين، حيث يتكون المبنى األول من ثالث طوابق طابق تسوية مخازن وطابقين مكاتب. اما المبنى الثاني يتكون من ثالث طابق طابق تسوية مخازن وطابقين مكاتب. تكمن أهمية المشروع في تنوع العناصر اإلنشائية في المبنيين مثل الجسور واألعمدة والبالطات الخراسانية. من الجدير بالذكر أنه تم استخدام الكود األردني لتحديد األحمال الحية، ولتحديد أحمال الزالزل، أما بالنسبة للتحليل اإلنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فسيتم استخدام الكود األمريكي)19_318_ACI). وال بد من اإلشارة إلى أنه سيتم االعتماد على بعض برامج الحاسوب مثل: AutoCAD 2021, Atir, Safe, Microsoft. وسيتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر اإلنشائية واألحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم اإلنشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية بناء على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر اإلنشائية التي تكّون الهياكل اإلنشائية للمبنيين، وبعد إتمام المشروع سنكون قادرين على تقديم التصميم اإلنشائي لجميع العناصر اإلنشائية. Structural design is the most important design required for a building after architectural design. Designing the building with all its structural details in the most economical way and with the highest levels of safety and security is the responsibility of the structural engineer. The project covers an area of 9260 square meters consisting of two buildings. The first building consists of three floor one basement and two floors for offices . The second building consists of three floor one basement and two floors for offices The importance of the project lies in the diversity of structural elements in the two buildings, such as bridges, columns, and concrete slabs. It is worth mentioning that the Jordanian code was used to determine the live loads and seismic loads. As for structural analysis and section design, the American code (ACI_318_19) will be used. It is necessary to mention that some computer programs will be used such as: AutoCAD (2021), Atir, Safe, and Microsoft. The project will include a detailed structural study, including the identification and analysis of structural elements and various expected loads, followed by the structural design of the elements and the preparation of executive drawings based on the design prepared for all structural elements constituting the structural frameworks of the buildings. Upon completion of the project, we will be able to provide structural design for all structural elements
