التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى تجاري سكني في بلدة بني نعيم

Abstract

التصميم الإنشائي هو أهم التصميمات اللازمة للمبنى بعد التصميم المعماري فتوزيع الأعمدة وحساب الأحمال والحفاظ على المتانة بأفضل طريقة اقتصادية وأعلى درجات الأمان والسلامة يقع على عاتق الإنشائي.

سنقوم في هذا المشروع بالتصميم الإنشائي لمبنى تجاري سكني في بلدة بني نعيم حيث يتكون من كتلة واحدة مكونة من سبعة طوابق موزعة على النحو التالي: طابقين تسوية وطابق مطاعم بالإضافة الى ثلاثة طوابق و طابق الروف ، حيث تبلغ مساحة المشروع الإجمالية 24000 م2.

حيث صُمّم المشروع بحيث يلبي الغاية التي يسعى المشروع إلى تحقيقها وهي توفير مبنى تجاري سكني ، ونحن بحاجة لوجود هذا المشروع في فلسطين لأهميته في تحسين الوضع الاقتصادي وتلبية حاجيات المواطنين.

من الجدير بالذكر أنه سيتم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية، ولتحديد أحمال الزلازل، أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فسيتم استخدام الكود الأمريكي (ACI_318_14)، ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أنه سيتم الاعتماد على بعض برامج الحاسوب مثل: - AutoCAD (2007+2015), ATIR, ETABS 2015, SAFE 2014 , MicrosoftOffice XP.

ويتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر الإنشائية والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم الإنشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية بناء على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي تكوّن الهياكل الإنشائية للمبنى.

Structural design is the most important designs necessary to the building after the architectural design, distribution of columns and the highest level of security and safety is the responsibility of the structural designer. We will in this project, the structural design of " Residential Commercial Building "In BaniNaim" , which consists of a single block consisting of seven floors as follows:- Two basement floors, ground floor , cafeteria floor ground, and other three floors first, second, third and roof floor, with a total project area about 24000 m2. The project is designed to meet the purpose for which the project is designed to achieve a special Residential Commercial building, we need the presence of the project in Palestine because of its importance in improving the economic situation and meet the needs of citizens. It is noteworthy that Jordan's code will be used to determine the live loads, and to determine the seismic loads, but for structural analysis and design section the US Code (ACI_318_14).It must be noted that it will rely on some computer programs such as- AutoCAD (2007+2015), Atir, ETABS 2015, SAFE 2014, SAP 2000, Microsoft Office XP. The project will include a detailed structural study of the identification and analysis of the elements of construction and different loads expected and then the structural design of the elements and the preparation of design drawings based on the prepared design for all the structural elements that form structural frames of the building.
