| dc.description.abstract | Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) play a vital role in modern business operations, contributing to the enhancement of efficiency and accuracy in inventory management and distribution processes. These systems are an indispensable part of the contemporary business environment, providing the necessary tools and technologies to organize and monitor all aspects of warehouse management, from tracking goods to generating analytical reports. The goal of implementing these systems is to improve the efficiency of daily operations and facilitate strategic decision-making by offering a comprehensive view of the facility's inventory and efficiently analyzing supply and distribution data. Warehouse Management Systems serve as a crucial tool to enhance operational effectiveness and improve customer experience by achieving higher accuracy, reducing costs, and enhancing responsiveness in dealing with inventory. This project introduces a comprehensive solution by designing an advanced website for managing goods warehouses. The website incorporates multiple accounts catering to various categories, including administration, shipping, supplier, and customer accounts, allowing for efficient control of operations. The administration account stands out with its capability to exert full control over products, customers, and suppliers, along with managing product categories and displaying detailed inventory reports. The shipping account presents sales reports, while the supplier account provides specific details about purchases. The customer account enables clients to review their sales invoices. The project leverages significant technological benefits, enhancing the speed and accuracy of inventory tracking and distribution processes. The use of technology ensures precise monitoring of inventory levels, providing instant reports to facilitate strategic decision-making. Advanced software promotes internal communication, contributing to the organization of operations. Through this 9 project, the aim is to improve warehouse management processes, streamline communication and interaction among different departments, ultimately enhancing resource management efficiency and improving customer service.
