Abstract

the sustainability and preservation of resources are the most basic and important concepts in the present day to keep sources ; especially in Palestine whichsuffering from limited sources and scarcity since of the occupation control over the sources of energy. that's what led us toward the support sustainable planning in Palestine, and the search for environmental and means can be applied in local realities, so we chose a piece of land with an area of 600 acres to include elements of the project, which included residential units equipped with all the services and facilities needed by the population, in addition to the application of planning and environmental aspects of the project. this research deals with the concepts of green architecture and strategies for the application of its principles, and displays the reality of the exploitation of power in Palestine, and standards of planning residential neighborhoods, through study cases of a variety of local and international, and ends with an analysis of the proposed site for the construction of the project.
