Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the characteristics and components of the
support component in entrepreneurship eco system that characterizes business
incubators in the city of Hebron, and the study used the descriptive analytical
approach.
The study used questionnaire tool to collect the data as it was distributed
to (7) employees and managers in business incubators and technology in the city
of Hebron, has been They were chosen by complete census method.
After data collection and analysis, the study reached several results, the
most important of which are: Business and technology incubators in Hebron
provide support services for incubated entrepreneurship projects, namely:
administrative services, technical services, marketing services, consulting
services, logistics services, Funding and human resources development services.
Incubators also contribute to the economic growth of the country to
promote sustainable development programs, and one of the most important
business challenges is business incubators that the ceiling of external financing
for projects is limited.
In light of the results, the study recommends several recommendations,
the most prominent of which are: The need to develop a national business
incubation management strategy to ensure its sustainability, the necessity of
providing local and international support to business incubators, especially in
financing incubators and entrepreneurial projects, and the need to take owners of
serious projects and exploit the available resources during and after the
incubation period
