التصميم الإنشائي لــِفندق ومبنى اداري

Abstract

التصميم الإنشائي هو أهم التصميمات اللازمة للمبنى بعد التصميم المعماري فتوزيع الأعمدة وحساب الأحمال والحفاظ على المتانة وبأفضل طريقة اقتصادية وأعلى درجات الأمان والسلامة يقع على عاتق الإنشائي. يتكون المشروع من الفندق ومبنى الإداري، الفندق يتكون هذا المبنى من عشرة طوابق وتبلغ المساحة الاجمالية (2500) متر مربع، ومبنى اداري ويتكون هذا المبنى من طابقين وتبلغ المساحة الإجمالية (809) متر مربع، ويتميز التصميم من الناحية المعمارية للمشروع بأنه تم بأسلوب توفير أكبر قدر من المساحة للزوار بشكل متناسق من الناحية الجمالية والوظيفية، إضافة إلى أنه تم الاهتمام عند توزيع المساحة بتوفير الراحة والسهولة وسرعة الوصول للمستخدمين. تكمن أهمية المشروع في تنوع العناصر الإنشائية في المبنى مثل الجسور والأعمدة والبلاطات الخرسانية، وتعدد الكتل ووجود تراجعات في المساحات الطابقية. من الجدير بالذكر أنه تم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية، ولتحديد أحمال الزلازل، أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فقد تم استخدام الكود الأمريكي (ACI_318_08)، ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أنه اعتمدنا على بعض برامج الحاسوب مثل: - AutoCAD, Atir, Speculums, Etabs, Safe, Found, Microsoft Office XP. وتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر الإنشائية والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم الإنشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية بناء على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي تكوّن الهياكل الإنشائية للمبنى، ومن المتوقع بعد إتمام المشروع أن نكون قادرين على تقديم التصميم الإنشائي لجميع العناصر الإنشائية بإذن الله. As for structural analysis and section design, the American code (ACI_318_08) was used, and it must be noted that we relied on some computer programs such as: - AutoCAD, Atir, Speculums, Etabs, Safe, Found, Microsoft Office XP. The project included a detailed constructional study of defining and analyzing the structural elements and the various expected loads, then the structural design of the elements and preparing executive plans based on the design prepared for all the structural elements that make up the structural structures of the building, and it is expected that after the completion of the project, we will be able to provide the structural design of all the structural elements.
