| dc.description.abstract | As we notice the world is moving toward technology in most of life aspects since the time cost and human efforts saving that technology provides. So why not to exploit technology in serving animals and birds. In this documentation we will present our project that aims to design and implement an automatically bird feeder system based on Wi-Fi technique. The system shall provide feeding and watering operation for birds, also it keeps detecting the motion of the bird to inform the breeder in risk status. The bird feeder system is build using an Arduino microcontroller, some sensors like Light Dependent Resistor and Soil-Moisture sensor, and other needed hardware equipments. Each sensor has a special function to do, basically sending values to the microcontroller which in turn receives them and execute the desired function based on them. Every unit function in the project was successfully build. The system was verified successfully, so it provides the required functions in a good way. Since the project is based on the Wi-Fi, it should provide big comfort for the breeders who have only to use an android application to control the system remotely.
