Abstract

تعتبر التكنلوجيا عامه ونظم المعلومات خاصه من سمات العصر, ففيهما تطورت كافه المجالات على جميع الأصعدة, وهذا البحثيعرض اضافه جديده في قطاع الطب البشريوالتي من شأنها ان ترفعالأداء الطبي وزياده رضى المرضى , فهذا النظام سيساعد على تسهيل العقبات والمعيقات في عمليه المتابعة الطبيه للحالات المرضية من خلال قاعده بيانات تربط بين مجموعه من المستشفيات تقدم التحليل الطبي واستخراج نتائج وتحليلات مستقبلية خاصه لكل مريض, وبناء النظام يتطلب من فريق البحث أن يقوم بإجراء المقابلات وجمع كافه المعلومات التي من شانها مساعدتنا من جهات مختلفة وانشاء نظام الكتروني يقدم الخدمات التي ذكرت سابقاً ويسهل الاجراءات الطبيه, ومن خلال هذا النظام ستصبح المعاملات والكشف عن ملف مريض من مستشفى لأخرىهو امر سهل جدا وبديهي ناهيك عن قدرة المريض على تغيير الطبيب او المستشفى وعدم حاجته لدفع تكاليف لفحوصات قام بأجرائها من قبل, وعليه فان هذا النظام غاية في الأهمية ويتيح حياه افضل. Technology in general and Information systems in particular is considered from the properties of the century. Within it all the fields improved and developed and this research shows a new addition to the medical field that will rise the medical performance and the patient satisfaction so this system will help to make all the steps and obstructions easy in the medical follow up to the cases by data base connect between a group of hospitals that offer the medical analysis and extract the results and make future analysis to each patient. And building requires from the research team to make interviews and collect all the data that can help us in different ways and create electronic system that presents the previously mentioned services and to facilitate the medical processes, and by this system the transactions and to find the patient file from hospital to another hospital will be very easy in addition of the ability of the patient to change the physician or the hospital, and he doesn't have to pay for the medical examination that he has done, so this system is very important and offer a better life.
