Abstract

In the purpose of providing the public and civil service which existing in the main towns and cities where the rural people who staying in village are forced to go to the places to find those services, the ministry of local government has developed the system by allowing to build up the service center for rural and villages where those centers are able to coordinate between the village council and development committees to arrange the priorities and follow up with development projects. Because of Doora rural area is wide and has multi villages, many development committees and they are suffering from the lack of services. They need the center that mediate of those villages and be able to serve all people. Thus, the idea comes to create a common service center for the dora rural area which adding to the provision of other government services provided by local government institutions that meets the shortage of services at rural area of doora which be cover the lack of total services at doora village and to make this center inline with the requirements of the final year project to obtain the prime university certificate. All the required areas and spaces were studied, as well as the planning and design criteria for such projects, and then the necessary plans for this project were completed. And also analyze the similar cases study to understand the defects of these projects. This project consists of three main departments (public service center department, and department of governmental branches center) and distributed spaces for each section, making it easier for citizens to access their services It was cooperated with the responsible authorities such as the Doora rural service council, municipality of doora, university library and follow up with the supervisor Yousef Rbaee to get the necessary information and produce this project. The idea was translated to an architectural project form; it will be submitted to the department of civil and architectural engineering: where I hope to implement the project in reality.
