Enhancement of Twin Gene System

Abstract

This project is an enhancement of the existing “Twin Gene” system which was introduced last year as a graduation project

This system strives to test the old system and determine the aspects of modification, improve the interface of the old twin gene system, improve the system performance and add new capabilities to the system.

Improving an existing old system is important to all biologists, because they need to perform all their functions in more efficient way, and inside friendly user interface.

المشروع هو تعديل على مشروع سابق بعنوان "الجين التوأم" قدُم السنة الماضية كأحد متطلبات التخرج. من أهداف المشروع اختبار النظام السابق لتحديد مواطن التعديل, وتحسين واجهات البرنامج لتسهيل تفاعل المستخدم مع النظام, بالإضافة إلى تحسين أداء النظام و زيادة وظائف جديدة له.

تطوير نظام في مجال الجينات مهم للبيولوجيين حتى يساعدهم في أداء عملياتهم بفعالية أكبر من خلال بيئة تفاعلية سهلة, و لمواكبة التطور في علم الجينات.
