Abstract

يواجه التعليم المهني والحرفي في فلسطين عامة وفي الخليل خاصة تحديات كثيرة وصعوبات جمة حيث أن نسبة الملتحقين بالتعليم المهني والحرفي هي نسبة منخفضة لا تتعدى 5% " " وذلك بسبب عدم الاهتمام به وعدم توفر الإمكانية لدى المدارس الصناعية والكليات الجامعية من استيعاب أعداد الطلبة المتقدمين لهذا النوع من التعليم وهذا ما دعى إلى التفكير بمشروع كلية مهنية وحرفية يهدف إلى إيجاد كلية تتمتع بالتميز المهني والحرفي لتكون محركا للتطور في قطاع التعليم المهني والحرفي وكذلك تغير النظرة المجتمعية السائدة تجاه التعليم المهني والحرفي وتوعية المجتمع بأهميته, وقد تم جمع المعلومات اللازمة في هذا البحث الكمي والنوعي عن طريق الكتب والمجلات والنشرات والزيارات الميدانية لمدارس صناعية وكليات مهنية وكذلك العمل على دراسة الموقع دراسة تفصيلية حيث تم اختيار قطعة الأرض في منطقة حلحول ويضم المشروع عدة فعاليات أحاول من خلالها تحقيق الأهداف حيث تبين من خلال البحث أن مدينة الخليل تفتقر لوجود كلية مهنية وحرفية تعمل على تلبية احتياجات ومتطلبات سوق العمل وإكساب الشباب مهارات مهنية وحرفية ليصبحوا أعضاء فعالين في المجتمع , ولقد انطلقت فكرة المشروع من وجود الأسواق الحرفية في مدينة الخليل مثل سوق الحدادين والنحاسين حيث تكمن فكرة المشروع في ترجمة النسيج العمراني القديم حيث تتوزع فعاليات المشروع على جانبي محور القصبة في كما البلدة القديمة. Vocational and craft education in Palestine in general and in Hebron in particular face many challenges and difficulties, ie applicants for crafts education are very limited, not more than five percent of the total number of students, because of the ignorance of it, that is also because of the disability of the industrial schools and colleges to absorb that number of students who seek for this type of education. This leads for the thinking of creating a craft and a vocational project in order to develop the craft and vocational educational field. Also to change the social view towards this kind of study. Finally that we need to raise the awarance of the community to its importance . Therefore a lot of information(quantity and quality) has been gathered in this research from books , journals , leaflets, and visits to industrial schools and vocational colleges also through the study of the location intensively. Here, a piece of land has been chosen in Halhul to establish the project . This project includes many activities to achieve the previous goals. Through the research ,it is shown that Hebron lacks the existence of such colleges which meet the needs and giving the youth suitable skills to be active members in the society . The concept of the project arose from the craft markets in Hebron like Souk AL-Hadadeen and AL-Nahaseen.The Idea of the project reflects in the translation of the old urban fabric where project activities are divided on both sides of the axis of the stalk as the old town
