Abstract

Medical services are considered among the essential services that must be provided to the citizens alike, and it is the state's responsibility. The provision of health services is a right for every member of society, young or old, and the responsible party must make every effort to provide the necessary plans in order to study health conditions as well as confront the increased future population and plans to meet the increase in demand for this service. In order to improve the country, and keep pace with the health and technological development in this world, as well as facing the future increase in population and demand for this service, all this called for the existence of this type of center. The idea of the project stemmed from the lack of medical service in Palestine in general and in the city of Hebron in particular, and the weakness of recreational medical services in the region, and therefore The design of an integrated medical complex was chosen in Hebron, specifically in the town of Sa'ir. To ensure the idea's comprehensiveness and practicality, the researcher aimed to create a complex harmoniously situated within a vibrant natural setting featuring picturesque landscapes. This approach aimed to instill sustainability principles into the building and seamlessly integrate nature not just with the physical structure but also with the human spirit. The ultimate goal was for nature to become an inherent component of the patient's treatment and contribute to their psychological and physical recovery. It contains a hotel and a small mall to achieve its main objective, which is to provide medical care services to all segments of society, depending on the highest possible quality of services provided, and this is done by providing all amenities, entertainment, and the latest medical equipment to be able to complete his treatment to the fullest
