Abstract

The citizens in Hebron district suffer from a lack of entertainment places that have been needed strongly by the human for entertainment and reducing the pressures of life, which makes him able to move forward in his life and helped him to deal with its difficulties, so he can build a good social relations with the family and community in the presence of difficult reality that the Palestinian people faced. So and from our religious, moral and sacred duty toward our people and the Secretariat, which have accepted when we choose to enter the Department of Architecture so we force ourselves to propose a project that can contribute to the reduction of suffering that our people face, so we make comprehensive research study for all the needed equirements of the entertaining project that meets the requires of the Hebron population district. As a result, a medium location has been proposed in Hebron district to set up the project, and we have made a comprehensive analysis of the proposed site, at the same time we study similar local and global case studies and then we put a comprehensive program for the project and identifying all the public and private requirements and standards that we need to set up a project.
