Rehabilitation of juice filling machine at ‘Al-Sharif factory’

Abstract

تعمل الماكينة على تعبئة ثمان عبوات اوتوماتيكيا في نفس الوقت , من خالل نقل العصير من الخزان الى علب التحجيم, ثم يتم تعبئته في عبوات عن طريق بستونات هواء. المشكلة الرئيسية في هذه الماكينة هي تشكل الرغوة خالل عملية التعبئة, مما يؤدي الى خروج العصير من العبوة, وينتج عن هذا اختالف مستوى العصير بالعبوات. لحل مشكلة الماكينة سيتم التعبئة عن طريق الجاذبية األرضية واستخدام مجسات لتحديد مستوى العصير في العبوة. The purpose of the machine is to fill eight bottles of juice automatically at the same time, by moving juice from the tank to sizing containers, then the juice is filled into the bottles by pneumatic cylinders. The main problem of this machine is that foam is produced during the filling process, which leads the juice to flow out of the bottles. As a result, the juice level in the bottles are different. This problem can be solved by filling the juice by gravity and use sensors to determine the juice level in the bottles.
