التصميم الإنشائي ل"مبنى متعدد الاستخدامات" في مدينة نابلس

Abstract

يمكن تلخص هدف المشروع في عمل التصمم الإنشائي لجمع العناصر الإنشائية التي يحتويها المشروع، من عقدات وجسور وأعمدة وأساسات وجدران وغيرها من العناصر الإنشائية يتكون المشروع من مبنى متعدد الاستخدامات , يحتوي خمسة طوابق مختلفة في التوزيع المعماري واستخدام الفراغات والتداخلات الكتلية الأجزاء هذا المبنى , مما أكسبنا المعرفة الواسعة في التصميم الإنشائي للأبنية الخرسانية. تتلخص فكرة هذا المشروع في التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى متعدد الاستخدامات تشمل الترفيهية ، السكنية و التجارية و ما يلزمها من مرافق . ويتكون المشروع من عدة مراحل تتمثل بداية بالتدقيق المعماري للمخططات , وقد تم اختيار العناصر الإنشائية المختلفة من اعمدة وجسور وعقدات بشكل لا يتناقض مع المتطلبات المعمارية للمشروع . وبعد ذلك قمنا بمرحلة التصميم الإنشائي لبعض العناصر الإنشائية بمساعدة بعض البرامج التصميمية الإنشائية وعرض نتائجها على شكل بيانات وأرقام . ومن الجدير بالذكر انه تم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الاحمال الحية،ولتحديد أحمال الزالزل تم استخدام -U.B.C (97( ،أما بالنسبة للتحليل الانشائي وتصميم المقاطع فقد تم استخدام الكود الأمريكيAcI_318_11,وb بد من الإشارة إلى انه تم الاعتماد على بعض البرامج الحاسوبية مثل : ,Atir11.5 , Autocad2007, Office2010 وغيرها. Project objectives can be summarized in the structural design of all structural elements contained in the project work, the slabs, bridges, columns, foundations, walls and other structural elements. The project of a mixed-use building consists of five different floors in architectural distribution, use of spaces and overlaps mass of parts of this building, which has earned us a huge knowledge in the structural design of concrete buildings. The idea of this project are summarized in the structural design of the multipurpose building contains entertainment , residential and commercial and the needed facilities. The project consists of several stages are beginning to scrutinize architectural schemes, has been selected the various structural elements of the columns and bridges and details are not incompatible with the architectural requirements of the project. We then phase structural design of some structural elements with the help from some software design construction and display the results on the data on the form of data and numbers. It is worth mentioning that we were using the Jordanian code to determine the live loads, and to determine the loads of earthquakes we used UBC- 97)), As for the analysis of the structural and design sections have been using the American code (ACI_318- 08), It must be pointed out that we were relying on some computer programs such as: Autocad2007, Office2010, Atir11.5 , and others.
