مجمع وادي المدراس في مدينة روابي

Abstract

يسلط البحث الضوء على المؤسسات التعليمية لما لها من أهمية في المجتمعات التي نعيش فيها، فبالعلم ترتقي األمم وتزدهر، وهذه الدراسة مرت بمراحل متعددة بدءا من المقدمة بما تحتويه من األهمية واألهداف والمنهجية المعتمدة على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي الذي يسهم في الوصو ل إلى النتائج، والمشكلة التي تتمثل بالزيادة المستمرة للتعداد السكاني والذي ال يتالءم مع عدد المدارس الموجودة والرؤية المستقبلية، كما سيتم التطرق إلى الد ارسات النظرية من الماضي للحاضر وواقع التعليم في فلسطين، مرورا بالمعايير التصميمية المعتمدة في وزارة التر بية والتعليم، وبرنامج المشروع المبني على شروط ومواصفات وزارة التربية والتعليم مع المساحات الخاصة بكل استخدام يراد تصميمه، وتحليل حاالت دراسية محلية وتشمل حالتين إحداهن قريبة من الموقع المراد التصميم به للتعرف على نمط البناء في مدينة رو ابي وهي أكاديمية الرو ابي االنجليزية واألخرى في مدينة بيت أمر وهي مدرسة عسقالن األساسية للبنات، باإلضافة إلى حالة دراسية عالمية لالستفادة منها، والتعرف على نقاط الضعف والقوة في كل منها، وفي نهاية المطاف سيتم تحليل قطعة األرض الواقعة في وادي مدينة روابي ولذا سمي المشروع بوادي المدارس.

This study focuses on the educational institutions as they are significant aspects in the societies where we live. The study has gone through several stages, starting from the introduction with its importance, objectives, and methodology which based on the descriptive analytical approach that contributes to reach for the results. The problem of the continuous increase of the population census which is not compatible with the number of existing schools and the future vision. In addition, the study will be focusing on theoretical studies from the past for the present and the reality of education in Palestine, through the design standards approved by the Ministry of Education, and the project program Which is based on the conditions and specifications of the Ministry of Education with spaces for each use intended to be designed, and analysis of cases on local studies which include two cases: one case is near the site to be designed to identify the style of construction in the city of Rawabi which is known as Al-Rawabi Academy in English. The other one is located in Beit Ummar, Ashkelon's primary school for girls. In addition to another case study to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each, and ultimately the piece of land which will be analyzed located in the valley of the city of Rawabi. Therefore the project is called the valley of the schools
