Abstract

In light of the great progress that technology has achieved in all areas of our lives, it has played an important role in our lives so that not a day passes without using it, and this is reflected in the presence of many applications that facilitate our lives. The Quality Improvement Committee at the College of Applied Professions suffers from a lack of automated processes, and a large part of these processes are still carried out in paper form, as the presence of a website and a smart phone application on which these processes are automated gives those responsible for quality in the college access and follow-up to the files that The ability to perform the operations assigned to him by the administrator has been automated, as these operations include part of the teaching and learning process. There are two types of permissions in the site for both the administrator and the users, whereby the administrator was given full powers on the system while some necessary permissions were assigned to the users on routine operations such as the course file.
