Valuation Of Lands by Geographic Information System

Abstract

The project aims to build a model that works on estimating parcels using one of the GIS tools to reduce the field detection process that takes time from the evaluator in traditional methods This project will be passed in three stages, starting with collecting data, such as a recent aerial photograph of the study area, and the urban plan to clarify the classifications of parcels "land use", and Oslo classifications. After collecting this data, will be digitizing everything in the area (lands, streets, buildings...), and based on this data, will be made a model builder for estimating and pricing parcels by (model builder). The expected results of this project will be a map of the land and its prices, and many maps that show the specifications of the lands located in the study area.
