نظام متابعة أطفال الروضة

Abstract

يهدف المشروع إلى بناء تطبيق محوسب لتسهيل خدمة تواصل المعلمين مع ذوي الطالب، وذلك من خلال التسهيل على المعلم من إرسال الواجبات والملاحظات عن الطالب إلى ذوي الطالب، حتى يضمن المعلم إيصال المعلومة بالشكل الصحيح إلى ذوي الطالب، وأيضاً حتى يضمن ذوي الطالب معرفه سلوكيات أبنائهم بال روضة ومتابعتهم من الناحية الد ا رسية، وأيضاً الشعور بالأمان على أبنائهم من ناحية تواجدهم بالروضة. عمل فريق المشروع على تحليل النظام الحالي المستخدم في رياض الأطفال، وطرح المشروع المقترح، وبيان مخاطره وحلوله، والعمليات التي يقوم بها. وقد تم جمع البيانات الكافية عن النظام الحالي من خلال المقابلات مع مد ا رء المدارس ورياض الأطفال. وقام الفريق ببناء المشروع بإستخدام لغات وتقنيات البرمجة المتطورة ومنها: لغة برمجه الأندرويد، الجافا. ،PHP تكمُن أهمية هذا المشروع في خدمة فئة أو شريحة هامة في المجتمع وهم المعلمين وذوي الطلبة.

Abstract The project aims to build an electronic application to facilitate the service of contact between teachers and student's parents, through the convenience of the teacher to send assignments and notes to the student's parents, in order to ensure the teacher convey the information in the correct format to the student, and also to ensure's their children's behavior and follow-up in the Kindergarten, and also a sense of safety to their children in terms of their presence in Kindergarten. The project team analyze the current system used in kindergartens, and put the proposed project, and the statement of risks and solutions, and operations carried out. Data was collected adequate for the current system through interviews with kindergartens directors. And the project team build the project using the advanced techniques and programming languages, including: PHP, Android. The importance of this project is that it provide services for a class or an important segment of society who are teachers and student's parents.
