التصميم الانشائي مجمع قراعة الصناعي التجاري في مدينة بيت لحم

Abstract

التصميم الإنشائي لمجمع القرعة التجاري والصناعي. ويمكن تلخيص فكره هذا المشروع في تحليل وتصميم مجمع تجاري وصناعي يتكون من مصنع للورق المبني التجاري. يتكون المشروع من مبنيين: المبني الأول عبارة عن ثلاثه طوابق مصنع الورق مع مساحة إجماليه 2000 متر مربع ، طابق واحد هو الخدمة والمكتب الكلمة ، والطابق الثاني هو خمسه طوابق التجارية مجمع مع مساحة إجماليه 3550 متر مربع ، وهو يتالف من الطابق السفلي ، والمحلات التجارية ومكاتب من ثلاثه طوابق. تصميم ويستند المشروع علي تنوع العناصر الهيكلية الموزعة في مبنيين. استخدمنا (aci_318_08) رمز وبرامج تصميم الهيكلية مثل وتستخدم atir واوتوكاد (2014) في هذا المشروع ، ودرسنا أيضا بعض التخرج القديمة. سيتضمن المشروع دراسة هيكليه مفصله وتحليل عناصر البناء المحددة التي خضعت لمختلف الأحمال تليها التصميم الهيكلي لهذه العناصر و اعداد جميع رسومات التصميم وفقا للتصميم المعد. الله يعطي النجاح

Structural Design of "Qara'ah commercial and industrial complex". The idea of this project can be summarized in the analysis and design of a commercial and industrial complex composed of a paper factory and a commercial building. The project consists of two buildings: the first building is a three – story paper factory with a total area of 2000 square meter , one floor is the service and office floor, the second floor is a five-storey commercial complex with a total area of 3550 meters Square, It is composed of a basement floor, shops and three-storey offices .The design of the project is based on the diversity of structural elements distributed in the two buildings . We used (ACI_318_08) code and structural designing programs such as ATIR and AutoCAD(2014) are used in this project , and we also studied some old graduation. The project will include detailed structural study and analysis of identified construction elements subjected to various loads followed by the structural design of these elements and the preparation of all design drawings according on the prepared design.
