Abstract

من المعلوم ان الطفل هو أساس بنية المجتمع، لذلك تسعى المجتمعات أن توفر له كل أسباب الرقي، وأن تحيطه بمختلف صنوف العناية كي ينشأ سليم العقل والبدن، لكي يكون له القدرة واإلمكانات أن يحوز على أوفر نصيب من العلوم والمعارف، التي تؤهله إلى القيام بدوره المثمر، والنهوض بمجتمعه ، لذلك فإن لرعاية األطفال واالهتمام بهم بعناية تأثي ارً كبي ارً على نموهم المعرفي والثقافي واالجتماعي والعاطفي والحركي واللغوي، وذلك من خالل الخب ارت التعليمية والثقافية، وتوفير بيئة مناسبة لهم حيث تشير األبحاث إلى أن توفر المؤهالت عالية الجودة للطفل في مراكز العناية باألطفال هو الذي يوفر البيئة المناسبة لنموهم بشكل سليم. ومن هنا جاءت الحاجة إلى إنشاء مراكز خاصة يرتادها األطفال توفر لهم مرافق وخدمات مختلفة لرعايتهم وتركز على مواهبهم المختلفة وقد ارتهم االبداعية وتكون ضمن معايير مناسبة لهم . وقد تناول بحثنا دراسة وتحليل حاجة مدينة الخليل لمركز اكتشاف وتنمية مواهب االطفال من خالل عمل استبيان ً الكتروني وتوزيعه وتحليل نتائجه واالعتماد عليها لالفكار االولية ل لمشروع ، ود ارسة عدد من الم اركز الثقافية لألطفال محليا ً وتحليلها ، واستنتاج أهم الخدمات واألنشطة التي يجب توفيرها للمركز لتحديد الف ارغات المعمارية ومساحاتها للمشروع وعالميا ً على ، و أهم المعايير التصميمية المتعلقة بهذه المراكز ، ثم االنتقال الختيار قطعة األرض المالئمة إلقامة المركز عليها بناءا برنامج المشروع ومحتوياته وتحليل هذه القطعة من جميع الجوانب . It is known that the child is the basis of the structure of society, therefore societies strive to provide him with all the causes of progress, and to surround him with various forms of care so that a mind and body can be established carefully and have the ability to possess an abundant share of science and knowledge that qualifies him to perform his influential role and advance his society, therefore the care and attention of children has a great impact on their cognitive, cultural, social, emotional, motor and linguistic development, through educational and cultural experiences and providing an appropriate environment for them as research indicates that providing high-quality qualifications for a child in child care centers is what provides the environment Appropriate for their proper growth . Hence the need or the creation of special centers frequented by children that provide them with various facilities and services to care for them and focus on their various talents and creativity and come within the appropriate design criteria for them. Our research dealt with a study and analysis of the need of the City of Hebron for the Center for the Discovery and Development of Children's Talents through a questionnaire distributed and analyzed its results and relied on for the initial ideas of the project, and a study of a number of cultural centers for children locally and globally and analyzed and infer the most important services and activities that must be provided at the center to determine the architectural voids and their spaces for the project, and the most important Design criteria related to these centers, then moving to choose the appropriate location of land to establish the center on it based on the project program and its contents and analyze this place from all sides.
