مقارنة بین أساسات الحصیرة والأساسات العمیقة لمبنى متعدد الأدوار

Abstract

The project is a multi-purpose and services, it contains a lot of activitiesand servicesneeded by anyone for comfort and safety. The building consists of fifteen stories in addition to the ground floor, the roof floor and three basement floors for parking. The floors are similar in some parts of the building and different in the other parts, where floor area is limited between 1,500 m2 to 5,200 m2 highly, so that the total area of all floors of the building is 47758.89 m2.

The Summary idea of this project is building on the weak soil by using two methods, the first method using Raft foundation and the second method using deep foundations (Drilled piles foundations) and comparison between them in terms of geotechnical and structural after using the reports of the soil and using the concrete code and analysis and design programs that necessary for this project. المشروع عبارة عن مبنى متعدد الأغراض والوظائف يحتوي على الكثير من الفعاليات والخدمات التي يحتاجها أي شخص من حيث وسائل الراحة والأمان . يتكون المبنى من خمسة عشر طابق بالاضافة الى الطابق الأرضي ،طابق السطح و ثلاث طوابق سفلية عبارة عن مواقف للسيارات . تتماثل بعض الطوابق في أجزاء من المبنى وتختلف في أجزاء اخرى، حيث تنحصر مساحة الطابق ما بين 1500 م2 الى غاية 5200 م2 ، بحيث تبلغ المساحة التراكمية لجميع أدوار المبنى 47758.89 م2 . تتلخص فكرة هذا المشروع في التأسيس على تربة ضعيفة باستخدام طريقتين ، الطريقة الأولى استخدام أساس الحصيرة – Raft foundation والطريقة الثانية استخدام الأساسات العميقة (الخوازيق) – Drilled piles foundations والمقارنة بينهما من الناحية الجيوتقنية والانشائية بعد الاستعانة بتقارير التربة واستخدام كود الخرسانة والبرامج التحليلية والتصميمية اللازمة لهذا المشروع
