التصميم الانشائي لمدرسة المستقبل الابتدائية

Abstract

تعتبر الخليل مدينة كبيرة حيث يزداد النمو السكاني فيها بشكل سريع، لذا تزداد الحاجة لبناء المدارس لاستيعاب الطلاب الجدد الذين ينتسبون إلى المدارس كل سنة، وكما نعتقد أن بناء مباني تعليمية جديدة لهي حاجة ماسة وأولوية ضرورية، لذلك قمنا باقتراح التصميم الإنشائي لمدرسة المستقبل الإبتدائية.

في مشروعنا هذا الكثير من الدراسات السابقة ستستخدم كدليل لنا خلال المشروع، كما هو اتباع التعليمات من المشرف الدكتور هيثم عياد، دراسة مشاريع تخرج سابقة، ودراسة كتب تعنى بتصميم المدارس.

بعد دراسة معمّقة للمخططات المعمارية، الواجهات والمقاطع. وتعديل ما يلزم. بدأ عملنا التصميمي والإنشائي بتوزيع الأعمدة والجسور على المشروع بالكامل. سنقوم بتحديد الأحمال المؤثرة على المبنى، والتي تؤدي إلى اختيار النظام الإنشائي الأنسب الذي يلائم كل العناصر الإنشائية، وأخيرا الحصول على المخططات التنفيذية من هذا العمل.

سيتم إستخدام الكود الأردني في عملية تصميم وتقدير الأحمال لهذا المشروع. حيث سيتم استخدام (ACI-318-05 code ) في التحليل الإنشائي وتصميم العناصر الإنشائية، وذلك باستخدام عدة برامج ومنها Al-Atir, Office 2013, Staad-Pro 2007, Safe,Etabs,Beam-d, and Autocad 2014.

تجميع هذا العمل بدءاً من دراسة المخططات المعمارية وانتهاءً بتصميم آخر عنصر إنشائي لإخراج هذه المدرسة إلى الحياة هو الهدف المرجو من هذا المشورع. Hebron is a large city and is growing fast with its population, so schools are needed to contain all of the new students that anticipate every year, and as we believe building new educational facilities are urgent and essential priority, so we proposed to structurally design “ Al-Mostaqbal Elementary school “.

In this project many useful previous studies will be used as guidelines, to guide us through the project, such as following instructions and being guided by our supervisor Dr.Haitham Ayyad, studying old graduation projects, and studying books which care of designing of school.

After pensive studying of the architectural plans, elevations and sections, modifying what needed to. Our structural work started with the distribution of columns, and beams through the whole project. We will try to determine the loads affecting the building, and leads to choose the best construction system that fits all of the structural elements, and finally get the structural plans out of this work.

The Jordanian Construction Code will be used in the process of designing this project and in determining live loads, where ACI-318-05 code is used in structural analysis, and design of some structural elements. Some of the software will be used also in this project like Al-Atir, Office 2013, Staad-Pro 2007, Safe,Etabs,Beam-d, and Autocad 2014.

Putting all of this work together, starting from studying of architectural plans to the design of the last element of the building and get this building out to life is the eventual goal of the project.
