تصميم مركز شبابي ثقافي رياضي

Abstract

تعتبر الخدمات الترفيهية والثقافية والرياضية في أي مجتمع من الخدمات الأساسية الواجب على الدولة توفرها لمواطنيها على أساس العدل .وذلك لأن الرياضة والثقافة ضرورات يحتاجها الفرد وهي حق لجميع أفراد المجتمع خاصة فئة الشباب .لذلك يصبح من واجب الجهات المختصة توفير مثل هذه الخدمات . تهدف هذه الدراسة للوقوف على الوضع الثقافي والرياضي في مدينة دورا , وما يعانيه هذا الوضع من نقص في مثل هذه الخدمات والمرافق .الأمر الذي يحرم أبناء المدينة من منفعة هذه المشاريع ويؤثر على نوعية الحياة ومستوى الخدمات فيها .هذا كله بالإضافة إلى عوامل أخرى شكلت الدافع وراء فكرة إنشاء المركز الشبابي الثقافي الرياضي . المشروع يتضمن مركز ثقافي ورياضي بكافة المرافق والخدمات التي يتطلب وجودها بالإضافة إلى ساحات خارجية ومناطق خضراء .بحيث تم دراسة وتحليل جميع عناصر ومتطلبات المشروع . البحث يشمل دراسة وتحليل وضع فئة الشباب في فلسطين -دورا , ودراسة المعايير التخطيطية والتصميمية بالإضافة إلى دراسة مكونات المشروع , وتحليل الحالات الدراسية على المستوى المحلي والدولي .وبناءا عليه تم وضع برنامج المشروع حسب المطلوب .

Recreational, cultural and sporting services in any society are essential services provided to the citizens on the basis of justice. Because sports and culture are necessities that the individual needs and it is a right for all members of society, especially the youth. Therefore, it is the duty of the competent authorities to provide such services.

This study aims at identifying the cultural and sports situation in Dura city and the shortage of such services and facilities. This situation deprives the city's residents of the benefit of these projects and affects the quality of life and the level of services therein. That was the reason behind the idea of establishing a youth center.

The project includes a cultural and sports center with all the facilities and services that require its existence in addition to outdoor courtyards and green areas. So that all elements and requirements were studied and analyzed.

The study includes the study and analysis of the situation of youth in Palestine - Dora, the study of planning and design criteria, in addition to studying the components of the project, and analyzing the case studies at the local and international levels. Accordingly, the project program has been carried out as required
