Abstract

نظرا لصعوبة بيع العقارات من قبل أصحابها , والوصول للزبائن , و إتمام صفقات البيع واإليجار التي يحتاجها االنسان الفلسطيني, يهدف مشروع الوسيط االلكتروني للعقارات الى انشاء موقع اعالني الكتروني من فوائده توفير الوقت والجهد على مالك العقار والزبون وكذلك تحقيق الوساطة وتسهيل عملية التواصل بينهما. تم اعتماد منهجية النموذج االنحداري )waterfall model ( في عملية تطوير النظام حیث سوف يتم البدء بمرحلة التخطیط للنظام , ثم تحلیل المتطلبات , ثم تصمیم النظام , ثم تطوير النظام , ثم تشغیله , ثم فحصه ,وفي النهاية يتم تطبیق هذا النظام وصیانته . تم االنتهاء من هذا النظام والخروج بمنصة اعالنية الكترونية مختصة في ما يتعلق بالعقارات داخل فلسطين من بيع وشراء واستئجار بأنواعها السكنية والتجارية والصناعية واألراضي.
