التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى بلدية طولكرم

Abstract

تتلخص فكرة هذا المشروع في التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى بلديه بحيث يشمل المشروع تصميم كافة التفاصيل الإنشائيةالازمة .

يتكون المبنى من اربع طوابق ويتميز التصميم المعماري للمشروع بأنه تم بأسلوب يقوم على تعدد المناسيب و الوظائف, إضافةإلى انه تم الاهتمام من قبل المصمم المعماري عند توزيع الكتل بتوفير الراحة وسهولة وسرعة الوصول للمستخدمين ,وتكمن أهمية المشروع في تنوع العناصر الإنشائية في المبنى مثل الجسور المدلى والأعمدة والبلاطات الخرسانية وغيرها .

سيتم التصميم - إن شاء الله – بناءً على متطلبات كود الخرسانة ( ACI_318) وستتم الاستعانة ببعض برامج التصميم الإنشائي مثلAtir ,Autocad2012,Office2013,Safe,Etabs وغيرها ومن الجدير بالذكر انه استخدم الكودالأحمالالأردني 2006 لتحديد الأحمال الحية وسيتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر الإنشائيةوالأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم الإنشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي تكون الهياكل الإنشائية للمبنى . This building is a concrete gunman was designed in accordance with the Code American Concrete, in addition to the presence of structural metal "trusses" The project includes full details of the analysis weights vertical and horizontal, and then distributed to the structural elements of horizontal and vertical, and then analyzes construction of each item, and then complete design by code of practice.
