إعادة تأهيل مبنى سوق الوكالة في الخليل القديمة "دار الضيــافة"

Abstract

يقوم هذا المشروع على إعادة تأهيل مبنى سوق الوكالة الواقع في الخليل ضمن حارة القزازين على شارع القصبة المؤدي إلى الحرم الإبراهيمي الشريف, وذلك برفع المبنى وإعادة تأهيله وترميمه لإعادة استخدامه وفق منهجية تطوير اقترحتها لجنة إعمار الخليل ليصبح دار ضيافة تضم غرف فندقية ومحال بيع منتجات تراثية, وما إلى ذلك من متطلبات دور الضيافة التي تؤهلها لاستقبال ضيوف البلدة القديمة وزوارها, بحيث نهدف بشكل أساسي لحماية الإرث الثقافي والمعماري الفلسطيني من أيدي الطغاة ولا سيما أن المبنى محاط بالعديد من المستوطنات والثكنات العسكرية المتواجدة على الأسطح المجاورة, حيث بدأت آلية العمل برفع المبنى وتوثيقه فوتوغرافيا ومن ثم السعي في عملية ترميمه وإعادة استخدامه وتحدي جميع العوامل المهددة له سواءً كانت من الاحتلال أو من جَوْر السكان بتركه مهجوراً ومن جميع المؤثرات المحيطة به من الناحية البيئية والمناخية والعسكرية, لأنه يمثل جزءا لا يتجزأ من تراثنا المعماري الفلسطيني الذي لا بد من أن نسعى جاهدين للحفاظ عليه. This project is aims to rehabilitate the building of souqe al wakala, located at Hebron city in al qazzazin block on alqasaba street that leads to Ibrahemi mosque. That’s by locating the exact measurements of the buildings, applying all the restoration and maintenance jobs needed. To reuse the buildings as guest house includes motel rooms and areas for handicraft shops and souvenirs, that’s what the Hebron rehabilitation committee suggests. The Target is to apply all the requirements needed to make the buildings able to receive visitors of the old city and the surrounded Areas from all over the world .The main target is to protect the inherited Palestinians architectural buildings from the arrogance of the Israel forced , other surrounded colonies and surrounded military bases .The operation started by collecting all the information’s and any other documentations needed to make the job done and pursue the restoration and the rehabilitation procedures facing all the challenges against work team like the Israel forces and other Factors .because these buildings represents an iconic features in the city and we must protect them in every possible way .
