Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إنشاء موقع تابع لموقع كلية العلوم الإدارية يساعد الطلبة على التواصل مع المدرسين وطاقم العمل في كلية العلوم الإدارية ونظم المعلومات و توفير الوقت و الجهد على الفئة المستهدفة للوصول إلى مرافق الكلية و تسهيل عملية البحث عن الأماكن في مبنى الكلية . واستخدمت الدراسة أسلوب المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات ، بحيث طبقت على عينة قصدية مكونة من طلبة ومشرفين ورئيس دائرة كلية العلوم الإدارية ونظم المعلومات في جامعة البوليتكنك فلسطين وعددهم (25) طالباً ومشرفاً وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ان الطلاب في كلية العلوم الإدارية ونظم المعلومات يواجهون مشكلة في التواصل مع المدرسين ومعرفة ساعاتهم المكتبية وصعوبة العثور على مكاتبهم ، بالإضافة إلى صعوبة في الوصول الى بعض مرافق الكلية لدى الطلاب وخاصة طلاب سنة أولى . وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة متابعة الموقع والعمل على تحديث المعلومات بشكل مستمر ، والعمل على تحسين جودة الصور المستخدمة للمرافق من خلال استخدام معدات ذات إمكانيات أفضل. Summary This study aims to create a website affiliated to the College of Administrative Sciences website that helps students to communicate with teachers and staff in the College of Administrative Sciences and Information Systems and to save time and effort for the target group to reach the college facilities and facilitate the process of searching for places in the college building. The study used the interview method as a tool for collecting information, as it was applied to an intentional sample of students, supervisors, and the head of the Department of Administrative Sciences and Information Systems at Palestine Polytechnic University, numbering (25) students and supervisors. The study concluded that students in the College of Administrative Sciences and Information Systems face a problem in communicating with Teachers know their office hours and the difficulty of finding their offices, in addition to the difficulty of accessing some college facilities for students, especially first year students. The study recommended the necessity of following up the site and working to update the information continuously, and work to improve the quality of the images used for the facilities through the use of equipment with better capabilities.
