Abstract

تتلخص فكرة ھذا المشروع في عمل مخطط ھیكلي لمدینة الخلیل، یتم من خلالھ تحدید استعمالات الأراضي في مدینة الخلیل، ومعالجة العدید من المشاكل الآنیة والمستقبلیة التي تعاني منھا المدینة، انطلاقا من دراس ات علمیة لواق ع المدینة م راعین خلالھا القواع د العلمیة الص حیحة ف ي التخط یط. بالإض افة إل ى تن اول إح دى من اطق مدینة الخلی ل، وھ ي عب ارة ع ن مرك ز فرع ي واد الھ ریة المقت رح، وإج راء كاف ة الدراس ات والمس وحات الض روریة ، وتصمیمھا تصمیما عمرانی ا كاملا ، ی تم م ن خلالھ معالج ة المش اكل التي تعاني منھا المنطقة وتفعی ل ورف ع كف اءة المنطقة لتقوم بوظیفتھا في المدینة على الوجھ الأمثل. وتب رز أھمیة ھ ذا المش روع في افتق ار مدینة الخلی ل لمخطط ھیكلي ی نظم عملیة النم و والتطور العمراني للمدینة. فمن خلال ھذا المخطط الھیكلي سیتم وضع الإستراتیجیة التي سیسیر علیھا النم و العمراني للمدینة ، كما سیتم من خلالھ إعادة دراسة وتخطیط شوارع المدینة لتلائم الاستعمالات الحدیثة لھذه الشوارع، كما سیتم م ن خلالھ إعادة دراسة الخدمات في المدینة من خدمات صحیة وتعلیمیة واجتماعیة ...الخ، وإع ادة تخطیطھا م ن حیث ع ددھا وموقعھا من المدینة لتلائم متطلبات السكان المحلیین. The Main idea of this project is to prepare Master plan for Hebron city, under which the identification of land uses in the city is designed, and to deal with many of the current and future problems facing the city, on the basis of scientific studies of the reality of the city, and taking into account the rules which stands by scientific planning. Also we have specified an area suggested by our team to be sub-center, according to scientific, and logical criteria, and we studied this area and designed its urban, and this enhances our idea by supporting the commercial situation of Hebron city. And highlights the importance of this project in Hebron city to the lack of a structural scheme of regulating the growth and physical development of the city. It is through this scheme will be the structural development of the strategy, which will run for the physical growth of the city, which will also be planning to re-examine the city's streets to accommodate modern uses of these streets, which will also be a re- examination of services in the city's health services, educational and social ... etc., and re - planning in terms of the number and location of the city to suit the requirements of the local population.
