التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى مستشفى

Abstract

تتلخص فكرة المشروع في تحليل وتصميم كافة العناصر الانشائية لمبنى المستشفى المقترح، حيث سيتم دراسة كل عنصر على حده وعمل التصميم الانشائي المناسب له .

والمشروع يتكون من اربعة طوابق، بالاضافة الى طابق التسوية والذي يحوي بداخله مخزن ومطبخ وغرف الكهرباء والمولدات وغرفة العمليات وغرفة الطوارئ ، ويليه الطابق الارضي والذي يحتوي على القسم المالي والقسم الاداري وكافتيريا وقسم العيادات الخارجية وقسم العمليات وقسم الاشعة وقسم الصيدلة وقسم الاستقبال ، ثم الطابق الأول والذي يتكون من غرفة العمليات ومخازن وقسم الجراحة وغرفة الانعاش والعناية المكثفة وغرف للمرضى ، ثم الطابق الثاني والذي يتكون من القسم الباطني وقسم التوليد وغرفة لاستراحة الاطباء , اما الطابق الثالث والذي يتكون من قسم الاطفال وغرف للمرضى وغرف لاستراحة الاطباء والعاملين .

وهذا المبنى سيتم تصميمه" إنشائيا" باعتماد أحمال الكود الأردني في تصميم الخرسانة أيضا، حيث يحتوي المشروع على التحليل الإنشائي لعناصر المبنى وتصميمها، ويحوي أيضا على" المخططات الإنشائية اللازمة لتنفيذ المبنى".

The idea of this project is the analysis and design of all structural elements of the proposed hospital building, which will be separately studying each component and structural design works appropriate for them.

The project consists of four floors in addition to basement, which contains store, kitchen , electricity room , emergency room and operations room, followed by the ground floor which contains a financial department , cafeteria, Outpatient Department, administrative department ,operations department , department of radiology, department of pharmacy and department of reception, and the first floor, which consists of operation room, intensive care unit rooms, patients rooms , department of surgery ,stores, and recovery room, the second floor which consist of obstetric and gynecology ward ,doctors resting room, internal medicine ward, and the third floor which consist of pediatric ward, patient rooms and doctors resting room.

This building will be "structurally" designed according to the Jordanian Code of loads , also the American code of concrete design (ACI-318-08) will be used in the designing of concrete members .
