College Exam Scheduling Assistan

Abstract

This project focuses on simplifying and improving the scheduling of exams at the College of Information Technology and Computer Engineering at Palestine Polytechnic University. It provides an easy way to organize exams by allowing users to upload student data via Excel files and manage exam rooms and invigilators efficiently. With a user-friendly, drag-and-drop interface, the system makes scheduling faster and less complicated. Developed in collaboration with the college administration, the system was designed to meet real needs. Meetings with the College of Information Technology and Computer Engineering at Palestine Polytechnic University Registrar helped address challenges like scheduling conflicts and fair exam distribution, ensuring the system aligns with practical requirements. The system has made a noticeable impact by reducing the time and effort needed for scheduling, minimizing human errors, and improving communication among stakeholders. It offers a more organized and efficient way to manage exams, making the process smoother and more reliable.
