مجمع تجاري في مدينة الخليل

Abstract

يقوم المشروع على تصميم مجمع تجاري، يقع في منطقة عين سارة في مدينة الخليل، على أرض بمساحة 1260متراً مربعاً، وسيضم هذا المجمع محال تجارية متنوعة، بالإضافة إلى مطعم ومقهى، لتلبي حاجات المتسوقين، بحيث يوفر لهم هذا المبنى في نفس المكان جميع احتياجاتهم، كما سيحتوي على عدد من المكاتب التي ستكون في الطوابق العلوية من المبنى، وبما أن في موقع المشروع يوجد العديد من المجمعات التجارية، لابد من أن يكون تصميم المجمع التجاري بحيث يجذب الزبائن، ليكون بالكفاءة المرجوة منه.

Abstract

The goal of this project is to design a commercial complex, located in the Ein Sarah street in the city of Hebron, on a surface area 1260 square meters, and this complex will include a variety of shops, in addition to a restaurant and cafe, to meet the needs of shoppers, so provide them with this building in the same place all their needs, in addition to a number of offices that will be in the upper floors of the building, including that on the project site, there are several commercial complexes, we have to be designed so that shopping mall attracts customers to be efficient desired.
