اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻟﻤﺮورﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺪﺧﻞ اﻟﺸﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﻟﻤﺪﯾﻨﺔ اﻟﺨﻠﯿﻞ

Abstract

The project is a traffic study for the northern entrance to the city of Hebron, including through the following intersections: (Ras Aljura first roundabout, RasAljurasecond roundabout, the entrance to the TrafficDepartment, the signal light before Salam Street) through the analysis of a number of important traffic statistics collected through the census analysis congestion at these intersections and work to find to get the intersection of security solutions does not cause accidents and delays and achieves flow optimization by making all elements of the intersection line with drivers' expectations, and achieving security and comfort for pedestrians and drivers, as well as giving an aesthetic and cultural region value. ﯾﻘﻮم اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻟﻤﺮورﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺪﺧﻞ اﻟﺸﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﻟﻤﺪﯾﻨﺔ اﻟﺨﻠﯿﻞ , وﯾﺸﻤﻞ ﻣﺮورا ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻘﺎﻃﻌﺎت اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ:)دوار رأس اﻟﺠﻮرة اﻻول , دوار رأس اﻟﺠﻮرة اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ , ﻣﺪﺧﻞ داﺋﺮة اﻟﺴﯿﺮ , اﻻﺷﺎرة اﻟﻀﻮﺋﯿﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺷﺎرع اﻟﺴﻼم( وذﻟﻚ ﺑﺘﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺪد ﻣﻦ اﻹﺣﺼﺎءات اﻟﻤﺮورﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﮭﻤﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻢ ﺟﻤﻌﮭﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻹﺣﺼﺎء اﻟﻤﺮوري ﻋﻨﺪ ھﺬه اﻟﺘﻘﺎﻃﻌﺎت واﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ اﯾﺠﺎد ﺣﻠﻮل ﻟﻠﺤﺼﻮل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻘﺎﻃﻊ اﻣﻦ ﻻ ﯾﺴﺒﺐ اﻟﺤﻮادث و اﻟﺘﺄﺧﯿﺮ وﯾﺤﻘﻖ اﻻﻧﺴﯿﺎب اﻻﻣﺜﻞ ﺑﺠﻌﻞ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ اﻟﺘﻘﺎﻃﻊ ﺗﺘﻤﺎﺷﻰ ﻣﻊ ﺗﻮﻗﻌﺎت اﻟﺴﺎﺋﻘﯿﻦ ، وﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻻﻣﻦ واﻟﺮاﺣﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺎة واﻟﺴﺎﺋﻘﯿﻦ وﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﯾﻌﻄﻲ ﻗﯿﻤﺔ ﺟﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ وﺣﻀﺎرﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ .
