التصميم الانشائي لمبنى الجبان السكني التجاري بالخليل

Abstract

بحتوي ھذا التقریر على الدراسة والتصمیم الإنشائي لمبنى سكني تجاري مكون من ٨ أدوار تحتوي على العدید من الفعالیات بمساحة اجمالیة 7562.75 متر مربع . یتم دراسة وتصمیم المشروع على أساس توفر متطلبات الناحیة الجمالیة و الوظیفیة التي تتلخص في الإستخدام السكني و التجاري حیث یتمیز ھذا النوع من المشاریع بانتشاره الكبیر في مجتمعنا المحلي وقد تم اختیاره للدراسة و التصمیم لأھمیة توفیر نظام انشائي ھیكلي على درجة عالیة من الامان و المتانة التشغیلیة وبأقل تكلفة اقتصادیة لھذا النوع من المشاریع . من الجدیر بالذكر انھ سیتم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحدید الأحمال الحیة، ولتحدید أحمال الزلازل،أما بالنسبة للتحلیل الإنشائي وتصمیم المقاطع فسیتم استخدام الكود الأمریكي(ACI318-11)، فضلاً عن استخدام بعض برامج التحلیل و التصمیم الإنشائي و الاخراجمثل : (AutoCAD 2014, Atir 12, adobe Photoshop cs.6, Microsoft office 2013). وسیتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائیة تفصیلیة من تحدید وتحلیل للعناصر الانشائیة والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصمیم الانشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفیذیة بناء على التصمیم المعد لجمیع العناصر الانشائیة التي تكوّن الھیاكل الانشائیة للمبنى، من المتوقع بعد إتمام المشروع أن نكون قادرین على تقدیم التصمیم الإنشائي لجمیع العناصر الإنشائیة بإذن االله وتوفیقھ. In this project, we will make a structural design of aresidential and commercial Building. This building consists of many floors has a total area of approximately 6616.6m 2 . The project is designed mainly on agglomeration, that gives a beauty from the outside view and very good functional goals, too. In addition, the architectural design of this building has some good positive properties in the inside of the building to provide the best service for consumers and producers as well. Jordanian Code will be used in calculations of Live and Seismic loads, and the American Code (ACI318-11) will be used for structural analysis and design of several sections. It must be noted that we will make use of some computer software’ssuch as: (AutoCAD 2014, Atir 12, adobe Photoshop cs.6, Microsoft office 2013). The project will include a detailed structural study of the identification, and analysis of the elements of construction, and different loads expected. Then the structural design of the elements and the preparation of shop drawings based on the prepared design for all the structural elements; that are structural frames of the building. It is expected to be able to provide structural design of all structural elements with permission design after the completion of the project to be able to provide structural design of all structural elements.
