Recently, new materials have emerged that play an important role in improving the structural behavior of RC elements. The bending behavior of glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) in RC beams will be studied. Various specimens with longitudinal rebar made of GRP and other parameters without GFRP are presented and the specimens are analyzed by Abaqus software based on the finite element method (FEM). A parametric study is run with the following parameters: The diameter of the rebar, the distance between the load points, the results are compared with the experimental literature, and the relationship between load and displacement, ductility and bending strength of RC beams is shown.en_US
