مدينة (Theme Park ) الترفيهية Theme Park Fun Land

Abstract

أعدت هذه الدراسة كمقدمة مشروع تخرج لمشروع مدينة ملاهي ترفيهية للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية ، حيث يهدف لحل مشكلة نقص فعاليات الترفيه في فلسطين وإنعاش القطاع الترفيهي في مدينة الخليل بوجه الخصوص . يشمل البحث بالدراسة والتحليل على عدة موضوعات تشمل دراسة كاملة وشاملة لمشروع المدينة الترفيهية ، يحوي الفصل الأول مقدمة للمشروع وأهداف ووصف للمشروع ، الفصل الثاني يتحدث عن مفهوم الترفيه ، أهميته و أثره على الفرد و المجتمع ، أما الفصل الثالث فيتحدث عن نشأة مدن الملاهي الترفيهية و تطورها عبر التاريخ عدا عن أهميتها ، الفصل الرابع يتحدث عن الأسس التصميمية الأولية لإنشاء المدن الترفيهية بالإضافة إلى تفصيل كامل للمعايير التصميمية لمنشآت المدينة الترفيهية والألعاب التي تحتويها ، الفصل الخامس يتحدث عن حالتين دراسيتين لمشاريع مدن ملاهي ترفيهية موضحا عناصرها بالتفصيل ، والفصل السادس يتحدث عن موقع المشروع في شمال شرق مدينة الخليل وعن تحليل الموقع ، أما الفصل السابع والأخير فيتحدث عن البرنامج العام للمشروع موضحا المساحات التفصيلية لفراغات المشروع الداخلية و الخارجية .

Abstract

This study was prepared as a prelude to the draft of Graduation Project of an Amusement Park in Hebron city to get a B.A.C degree in Architectural Engineering, Intended to resolve the problem of decline in entertainment facilities in Palestine and to develop the entertainment sector in Hebron city .

The research includes the study and analysis of several topics including the full and comprehensive study of the Amusement Park project, The first chapter contains an introduction to the study of the project in addition to the objectives and the description of the project, The second chapter talks about definition, importance and the effect of entertainment on the individuals and on the whole society, The third chapter is about the history of Amusement parks , The fourth chapter is about the foundations of the initial design of Amusement parks, explaining in detail the elements of the project, The fifth chapter talks about two case studies of Amusement and Theme parks, The sixth chapter is talking about the project site, overlooking Hebron city and analyzing the site, The seventh and last chapter talks about the general program of the project, explaining the detailed areas of the spaces of the project .
