| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this project is to perform the structural design for all structural elements such as ribs, beams, columns, and foundations and all other structural elements. This project has been selected because of the requirements for such project In Palestine Polytechnic University, it was designed with a capacity that will cover the shortage in capacity for the research units. This project consists of four floors with an approximate area for each floor equals 850 m2, where each floor has many functions that differs from one to another in its goal such as lecture halls, research laboratories, sitting areas ….etc. , that are distributed in an appropriate architectural distribution. For structural design of this project, Jordanian Construction Code was used for determining live loads, UBC-97 was used for seismic loads determination, where ACI-05 code is to be used for structural analysis and design for all structural elements, and some of computer software will be used, such as Autocad2006, Staad-Pro, Atir, and Office2007….etc. هدف هذا المشروع هو التصميم الإنشائي لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي يحتويها المشروع، من جسور وأعمدة وأساسات وغيرها من العناصر الإنشائية. تم اختيار هذا المشروع نظرا للحاجة الماسة لمثل هذا المشروع في جامعة بوليتكنيك فلسطين. ولقد صمم هذا المبنى لتغطية العجز الموجود في وحدات البحث العلمي بالجامعة. يتكون المشروع من أربع طوابق بمساحة 875 م2 للطابق تقريبا، بحيث يحتوي كل طابق على العديد من الفعاليات المختلفة وظيفيا مثل مختبرات البحث العلمي و مكاتب الباحثين و قاعات الجلوس، و الموزعة معماريا بشكل مناسب. من الجدير بالذكر انه تم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية ،واستخدام (UBC-97) لتحديد أحمال الزلازل ،أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي فقد تم تصميم المقاطع باستخدام الكود الأمريكي (ACI_2005) ، ولا بد من الإشارة إلى انه تم الاعتماد على بعض البرامج الحاسوبية مثل Autocade2007 , Atir , Microsoft Office 2007 , Staad-Pro وغيرها. ولقد تم مراجعة كافة الخرائط المعمارية لتتوافق مع التصاميم الإنشائية كما تم تجهيز جميع المخططات الإنشائية مع التفاصيل التنفيذية الكاملة. | en_US |
