Abstract

تعتبر البنوك وأسواق المال من أهم المؤسسات المالية في الدولة التي تعمل على تعزيز القوة المصرفية واالقتصادية ، فهي التي تشكل حلقة الوصل بين المجتمع واقتصاده ، وقد ازدادت أهمية هذه المؤسسات والدور الذي تؤديه في عصرنا هذا نظرا لدخول العالم ما يسمى قرن العولمة االقتصادية ، األمر الذي جعل اهتمام الدول ينصب في تعزيز الدور الذي تؤديه المؤسسات المالية واالقتصادية في مجتمعها . ونظرا للحاجة لوجود مؤسسات مالية فلسطينية الجنسية تؤدي هذا الدور ، فقد جاء هذا البحث بهدف تقديم دراسة نظرية لمشروع انشاء مجمع مالي ) يجمع بين المقر الرئيسي لبنك تجاري وسوق مالي ( يتمتع بالقوة المصرفية والمالية الكافية لجعله واجهة فلسطين االقتصادية . وقد قامت منهجية البحث على جمع المعلومات من خالل الكتب والمقاالت والمواقع االلكترونية اضافة الى ادراج الحاالت الدراسية التي تساعد على فهم وتحليل المتطلبات النظرية للمشروع ، كنا تم عمل مقابالت مع أصحاب العالقة وذوي االختصاص في القطاع المصرفي واالقتصادي باإلضافة لذلك فقد تم أخذ اراء عينات عشوائية من الناس لمعرفة مدى تقبلهم لمثل هذه المشاريع والفائدة التي سيحققها لهم . لقد تم اختيار مدينة الخليل ليقام عليها هذا المشروع لما تتمتع به هذه المدينة من القوة االقتصادية والمالية ليس على مستوى فلسطين فقط وإنما على مستوى الوطن العربي والعالم . ان وجود هذا المجمع المالي في فلسطين وتحديدا في مدينة الخليل سيسهم في تعزيز القوة المصرفية ألفراد المجتمع وخاصة رجال األعمال وأصحاب الشركات ورؤوس األموال كما سيكون بوابة فلسطين في التعامل مع المؤسسات المالية العربية العالمية . Banks and financial market are considered the most important financial institutions in the country, which act to enhance the fanatical and economical power, so it is the conjunction between the society and its economy. The importance of this institutions and its role in our days according to the engage of the world to the new era of globalization, which concentrate the efforts of the governments to enhance the roll of the financial and economical institutes in its society. In response to the need for Palestinian financial institutes to carry on this role, this research aims to introduce a theoretical study to establish a financial composition (as a bank headquarter and financial market place) with the power of banks to make it the economical view of Palestine. This research depending on gathering information from books ,articles ,and web sites in addition to the case studies which helps in understanding and analyzing the theoretical demands of the project. Also there was a direct meeting with people involved and specialists in the banking and economical sector, farther more the was a random cases of the ordinary people to measure there acceptance to such projects and the benefits they will gain from the project. Hebron was selected to apply this project for its economical and financial power not only in the Palestinian scale but as the Arab world and even the globe. This financial composition in Hebron – Palestine will enhance the banking power of the people especially businessmen , business owners and national capital owners, and it will be the gate of Palestine in dealing with the international and Arabic economical and financial system.
