التصميم االنشائي لمجمع بانوراما التجاري

Abstract

The idea of the project is to prepare the complete structural design for a commercial building in Hebron city in a way that includes all the structural elements from foundations, walls, columns and ribs, so that executive plans are prepared that enable the project to be implemented to the fullest. It appears from the plans that the proposed building is a commercial building with a total area of 8280 m2, consisting of four floors divided into: basement floors, ground floors, first and second floors, and this building was structurally designed according to the American code, where the project contains analysis and the structural design of the building’s elements in addition to containing all the plans and structural details necessary for the implementation of the building in a way that does not contradict the architectural design of the project. It is worth noting that, during the structural design of the project, we will use the Jordanian code to calculate the loads (dead load + live load), and the American code ACI-318 (American Concrete Institute) in the design process, in addition to using some analytical and design programs such as: beam d known as Al-Atir, And the ETABS program, and the SAFE program تتلخص فكرة المشروع في إعداد التصميم اإلنشائي الكامل لمبنى مجمع تجاري في مدينة الخليل بشكل يشمل كافة العناصر اإلنشائية من أساسات وجدران وأعمدة وجسور وعقدات ، بحيث يتم إعداد مخططات تنفيذية تمكن من تنفيذ المشروع على أكمل وجه. ويظهر من خالل المخططات أن المبنى المقترح إنشاؤه هو مجمع تجاري بمساحة إجمالية 8280م 2 تتكون من أربعة طوابق مقسمة إلى: طابق تسوية يضم الكراجات والطابق األرضي والطابق األول والثاني، وهذا المبنى تم تصميمه إنشائيا وفقا للكود األمريكي، حيث يحتوي المشروع على التحليل والتصميم اإلنشائي لعناصر المبنى باإلضافة إلى احتوائه على كافة المخططات والتفاصيل اإلنشائية الالزمة لتنفيذ المبنى بشكل ال يتناقض مع التصميم المعماري للمشروع. وجدير بالذكر أننا سوف نستخدم أثناء التصميم اإلنشائي للمشروع الكود األردني لحساب األحمال ) and dead باإلضافة التصميم عملية في 318 ACI- American Concrete Institute األمريكي والكود(، live loads إلى استخدام بعض البرامج التحليلية والتصميمية مثل: beamd المعروف باسم العتير, برنامج ETABS , برنامج SAFE , و برنامج Autocad.
