تصميم برج أخضر(Green Tower)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يبحث المشروع في كيفية إنشاء أبراج خضراء صديقة للبيئة في فلسطين، في ظل المستجدات والتغيرات التي طرأت على ظروف البيئة نظرا لزيادة عدد المباني المريضة، ونقصان مساحة األراضي الخضراء نتيجة لزيادة الزحف العمراني ومصادرة االحتالل لجزء كبير من األراضي، فظهرت الحاجة إلى وجود مباني خضراء في فلسطين للرفق بالبيئة الفلسطينية ولتكون شعلة البداية لعمارة بيئية صحية ومنتظمة. ومن هذا المنطلق برزت فكرة مشروع تصميم برج تجاري بيئي أخضر يحتوي على الكثير من العناصر التي تلبي احتياجات اإلنسان وتشكل نقاط جذب له، ليكون بذلك مبنى صديقا للبيئة واإلنسان في الوقت ذاته. تم البدء بدراسة مفهوم البيئة وتطور العمارة الخضراء عبر التاريخ ثم دراسة المعايير التخطيطية والتصميمية لألبراج التجارية البيئية، ومن ثم تم تحليل حاالت دراسية سابقة لالستفادة منها وتوضيح مبادئها، وفي نهاية البحث تم تحديد عناصر المشروع واختيار الموقع المناسب له لتكون فيما بعد الطريق ممهدة للتصميم الناجح لهذا المشروع t The project is looking for how to create towers, green-friendly environment in Palestine, under the developments and changes in environmental conditions due to the increased number of sick building, and the decrease of land area green due to increased urban sprawl and the confiscation of the occupation of a large part of the land, which showed the need for green buildings in Palestine to take care of the Palestinian environment and to be the beginning of a torch building environmental health and regular From this standpoint, the idea of a project environmental design green commercial tower contains a lot of elements that meet human needs and the points are attracted to him, making it a building friend to the environment and human at the same time. Was initiated studying the concept of environment and development of green architecture throughout history and then studying the planning and design standards of the commercial and environmental towers, and then earlier case studies were analyzed to take advantage of them and clarify the principles, and in the end of the research identifying the elements of the project and choosing the appropriate location for it to make the road later easier to design successfully for this project.
