Abstract

The population in the Hebron Governorate suffers from a lack of cultural and recreational places that a person needs in order to recreate oneself and alleviate the pressures of life, which makes him able to proceed that may be in his life and help him endure the difficult reality that our Palestinian people live and build good social relations at the family and community level, We have to propose a project that would contribute, even in a slight way, to alleviating the suffering of our people, which would prompt us to conduct a comprehensive study of all the requirements of the Palestinian cultural residency that meets the needs of the population in the Hebron Governorate, The site has been proposed by the Hebron Municipality to establish this project, Let alone study cases Similar to the local and international project, and then setting up a comprehensive program for the project and defining all the requirements and general and special standards that it provides to establish the project. This research aims to invite people to participate in sensitizing their intellectual, scientific maturity and development as well, especially the marginalized and targeted groups, which are children, the elderly as well as young people through the project bosom to the surrounding areas, and to include the largest number of awareness campaigns and breaking the existing ignorance For some, eradicating illiteracy, spreading the right culture, strengthening the social fabric, preserving the heritage and historical narration of the Palestinian people, and developing citizenship based on embracing the values of equality, freedom, social justice, and human dignity. This research is based on some references, such as books and magazines, and on some websites that have helped me collect information related to the research. It also faced some obstacles, such as the lack of a similar case study in Palestine and the absence of references to benefit from it. On this basis, a study was carried out for the Palestinian recreational culture center project to contain the various activities and activities related to these functions such as a multi-purpose hall, a cultural center, a hotel, recreational activities and other things that meet the needs of the residents of the region and the residents of the neighboring areas in addition to everyone who wishes to visit the project and others.
