Abstract

يهدف النظام إلى خدمة طلبة وموظفي كلية العلوم الإدارية ونظم المعلومات الإداريين والأكاديميين ومساعدتهم على تطوير عملية التعليم والتعلم, حيث انه يوفر لمشرفي مشاريع التخرج إمكانية متابعة طلاب المشاريع والعمل على تسهيل إدارة المشاريع الكترونياً مما سيوفر الوقت والجهد لدى الطلاب والمعنيين بمشاريع التخرج من المشرفيين والمنسقين, و مساعدة الطالب في ايجاد الفكرة المناسبة حسب تخصصه وميوله وتقديم الاستشارات اللازمة للبدء بالمشروع, وتمكين المشرف من طرح التعليمات والمواضيع المساعدة للطلبة في إتمام المشروع وانجازه كما ويعمل على اتاحة الفرصة للطلبة في تقييم بعضهم البعض والفرصة للمشرفين في تقييم فريق المشروع, وزيادة الفعالية في التواصل بين الطلاب ومشرفي المشاريع, ومتابعة المشاريع عن طريق استخدام الاشعارات التي تساعد على تنبيه الطلاب بالوقت المتبقي.

Abstract Abstract An electronic system for the management of graduation projects for College of Administrative Science and Information Systems: is a system that provides service to the students, academic and administrative staff of administration science and Informatics college, also it help them in development of teaching and learning process, Where it provides administrators graduation projects the possibility of follow-up projects students and work to facilitate project management electronically, which will save time and effort of the students and concerned graduation projects from supervisors and coordinators, and to assist the student in finding the appropriate idea according to his specialty and his inclinations and necessary to start the project consulting, and enable the supervisor of instructions to put topics to help students in the completion of the project and also to accomplish works to provide an opportunity for students to evaluate each other and the opportunity for supervisors to evaluate the project team, and increase the effectiveness of communication between students and supervisors of projects and follow-up projects from using notifications that help to alert students time remaining.
