Design of Arefrigerator that operates on CO2 as Arefrigerant

Abstract

In this project a tempt of designing a refrigeration which using carbon dioxide ( co2) as aworking fluid is to be performed. Carbon dioxide properties and its effects as a refrigerant used in the refrigeration cycle, the environmental and economic effects , coefficient of performance of cycle using co2 refrigerant , power consumption , design and selecting of the required components of the cycle are to be analyzed and studied.
