Abstract

تحتل ثقافة و حضارة اي بلد مكانة مهمه في حياتها, لما لها من رابط عجيب في زيادة التماسك الاجتماعي بين الناس كما و تساهم في تعزيز الرابط بين الماضي و الحاضر و المستقبل و تساعد ايضا في استمراغريه المجتماعات و لا يخفى على احد منا اهمية المكتبات و دورها الكبير في حفظ ثقافة و حضارة اي بلد خاصة المكتبة الوطنية التي تعج بمثابة مراه تعكس مدى وعي و ثقافة مجتمع من غيره حيث تعتبر دراسة مباني المكتبات من الدراسات الهامه في مجال ادبيات المكتبات و المعلومات ومن هنا جاءت فكرة تصميم المكتبة الوطنية ل فلسطين حيث تمثلت اهداف البحث بتوضيح فكرة المكتبة الوطنية التي تعكس تاريخ و هويه اي بلد و التي تضم الكتب و الوثائق التاريخية فتجذب المجتمع لها و توعية بتاريخ و هوية بلده من خلال تصميم معماري يلفت انتباه كل من راه و يحضنه لدخول و زيارة فراغاته الداخلية التي تمثل المرجع الاساسي لكل طالب و باحث و قارىء و توفر خدمات و نشاطات ثقافية تواكب حاجات العصر الحديث و تستخدم تقنيات وو سائل حديثة وقد تم الاعتماد في هذا البحث على اسلوب الوصفي الاستقرائي المقارن. و قد استند البحث على جوانب عدة تساعد في تصميم مكتبة مريحة و مناسبة للقراء منها عرض خطة البحث لهذا المشروع و تم عرض نبذه تاريخية عن المكتبات و التركيز على المكتبة الوطنية وواقع المكتبات في فلسطين و التطرق اللا المعايير التخطيطية و التصميمية و الاعتبارات البيئية و هنا ذكرت محددات تصميم المكتبات كما تم دراسة العديد من الحلات الدراسيه و اختيرت ثلاثا منها لتحليلها ودراستها اختيرت بناء على يميز كل منها هي مكتبة الجزائر الوطنية و مكتبة الملك فهد الوطنية و مكتبة ليتوانيا الوطنية وفي النهاية تم فيه اختيار الموقع المناسب للمشروع و تحيل الارض المراد اقامة المشروع عليها , لتسهيل وضه خطة او برنامج المشروع و التي تعتبر الخطوة الاولى في تصميم المشروع Abstract he quhre and ovation of any eountry occupins a special statas in our arves Thry hela morease e strong ties and social reiationships among people Also they and the future cumure and ovlizaion of ony raftecs the awareness and custure of the society, so the study of ecienc Decause of this the dea of designing the national Abrary for Palestine has come The aims of ihis research are lo show the importance of founding a national library which efect tne history and identity of the couniry The kbrary includes the books, the histoncal documents which attract al kinds of people to benefit from Aso the ibrary makes people to benefit from ther history and identity of their country through having a well- organized architectural design which attracts people to saisty their desires to fill their information. it provides ai services and useful information t noed Also t uses modern ways and techniques to atract visilors The mythology of the search based on the comparative inductive and nowledge with usefut provdies all services and researchers descriptive method The research is based on various phases that help design comfortable and suitable brary for readers especially a plan for doing this project. A historical background is given about ibraries, its focused on the national ibrary and reality of ibranes in Palestine. The cnitena of planning design and environmental concerns have been considered. Here, we mentioned the restrictions designing a ibrary we have studied many cases related to the ibrary and chose three to analysis and study. These cases standout from others: The Algeia national ibrary, King Fahid national library, and the litwania national library Suitable place has been chosen for the library in the end to make this project possible
