Abstract

Due to the evolution of technology and electronic media spread in Palestine widely, it is noted that human is trying to save time, effort and money for the comfort and improving their life, so that; the team group offer to create an electronic website to facilitate the access of pilgrimage (hajj) registration in Palestine. Because of complexity in the access of the pilgrimage (hajj) registration of citizen side, Ministry of Religious Endowments, private companies that related to hajj registration, moving between these institutions, and the difficulty of paying process in banks; were the important reasons to choose the work team for idea of the project. In order of all these reasons; the work team decides to generate integrated electrical website works toward link Directorate of Religious Endowments with special companies that related to hajj registration on one hand, and on other hand with Ministry of Religious Endowment. In addition to enable people who want registering to perform the Hajj by entering website and performing their own registration process electrically; this includes also a program bases on sending an SMS Message to the citizen cell phone which is a domain for who was lucky in drawing lots. The team hopes to put cornerstone which government ministries lean on it – with its all ramification as different societies and directorate – through this project, so access registrations will be concluded for all official dealings using pure electrical systems.
